Niku miso tofu recipe



In the "Bean curd recipe" post, I said that we could use the leftovered pork and onions to make a salad.



It's been a while.. but this is the recipe :)





Ingredients

*Silk tofu 1

*miso 2 tea spoons

*leftover from "stuffed fried beancurd dish" (cooked pork and onions)

*pickled plums (optional)



Instructions

1. cut the tofu into 4 pieces.

2. add the miso to the leftovered pork and onions and mix them well.

3. put the miso flavoured pork and onions on the top of the tofu.

***eat them with some pickled plums! they're super yummy!**
