creamy tomato chicken recipe




Creamy tomato chicken is not really a Japanese dish...
But this is one of my most favorite dishes anyway :) :)


Today's dinner
*creamy tomato chicken with rice
*fried egg with lemon flavored tuna
*fresh tomatos
*soup

*creamy tomato chicken recipe serves 4*


Ingredients

*chicken legs 4

*potatoes (medium size) 2

*onion (small size) 1

*canned Italian tomato 1

*water 1 cup


*fresh cream 2 table spoons

*tomato ketchup 2 table spoons

*sugar 2 tea spoons

*konsome 1 cube


Instructions

1. dice the potatoes, cut the onion into thin slices (follow the line of the onion)

2. heat up a pot with some oil and the garlic. cook the chicken until the chicken truns brown.

3. add the potatos and the onions.

4. add the canned tomato and the water. place a lid and leave it for 15 mins with medium-strong fire.

5. remove the scum of the veggies and the meat from the surface of the water. add the rest of the sauce ingredients and stir them gently. cook for another 10 mins or so.
