- Diced pork 300g
- Bean sprouts 200g
- Egg plant 1/2
- Onion 1
- Garlic 2 pieces
- Korean BBQ sauce 5 table spoons
- Mirin 2 table spoons
- Pre boil the bean sprouts. cut the onion and eggplants into thin slices, garlic into small pieces.
- Heat up a pan with some oil, stir fry the ingredients starting off from garlic, then pork, eggplants, onion and bean sprouts at the end.
- Add the BBQ sauce and mirin. Stir well.
