Do you know where I can buy a whole block of 'REAL' katsuoboshi in Melbourne? I am trying to get a block for cooking Japanese soups and food! I dont really like the ones in the plastic packs that are sold in the shops here. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Oliver,
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen any katsuobushi blocks in Melbourne before. Sorry :(
But I'll keep an eye on it.
I'll let you know if I see one or hear about it! :)
