Today's dinner

• renkon hasami age (seasoned minced pork sandwiched between renkons (lotus roots) and deep fried 

• tofu, prawns and minced renkon balls

• kiriboshi daikon

• unohana

• minced pork, daikon  and renkon miso soup - cooked by damien

• white rice
