Sweet eggplants and tomato
Miso bean sprouts
I got the idea from one of the side dishes I had at my favourite Korean BBQ restaurant.
It is so easy and so yummy!

Ingredients
- bean sprouts 50g
- Miso 2 table spoons
- Sesame oil 1 table spoon
Instruction
- Boil the bean sprouts, then marinate them with miso and sesame oil.
