Wednesday's dinner
- Sardine with ginger and sweet sauce
- Japanese sweet pumpkins
- Japanese curry
- Udon
- Japanese cucumber pickles
- White rice
I bought some cheap canned sardine from ALDI the other day
As few sardine pieces were squwashed in a small can,
they were already a bit out of shape even before I started cooking them.
Therefore, these sardines in the picture look a bit messy.
However, they did taste great!
