Ingredients
- plain flour 2 cups
- water 1 cup
- Japanese soup stock (bonito dashi) 2 table spoons
- bean sprouts 50g
- minced pork 20g
- egg 1
In stead of bean sprouts, you can also put cabbages (more common).
But cabbages are expensive at the moment so I decided cook with bean sprouts.
Also you can put seafood (prawns/ squids) or sliced pork in stead of minced pork.But cabbages are expensive at the moment so I decided cook with bean sprouts.
