Okonomiyaki recipe




Today's lunch







Egg Okonomiyaki &
Miso mayo bean sprouts








Okonomiyaki Recipe





Ingredients


  • plain flour 2 cups
  • water 1 cup
  • Japanese soup stock (bonito dashi) 2 table spoons
  • bean sprouts 50g
  • minced pork 20g
  • egg 1





In stead of bean sprouts, you can also put cabbages (more common).
But cabbages are expensive at the moment so I decided cook with bean sprouts.
It's pretty good.
Also you can put seafood (prawns/ squids) or sliced pork in stead of minced pork.




Might be better to avoid fish







Instructions


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. heat up a pan with some oil and cook it just like when you cook pancakes




Toppings

  • mayonaise
  • sunnyside egg
  • otafuku sauce
  • shaved bonitoes
