Today's breakfast

• potato salad 
• kiriboshi daikon (dried radish & carrots cooked in sweet sauce)
• unihana (okara, carrots, devil's tongue, fried beancurd cooked in sweet sauce)
• wasabi shiitake mushroom from Matsumoto wasabi farm
• left over sawara fish from last night 
• white rice
