Bolognese spaghetti

I went to medi-ya, the Japanese supermarket in Clarke quay.

I have been craving for hiyashi-chuka, a cold noodle dish. I was just gonna get that, but ended up buying a lot of other things...
so heavy...

As soon as I got home, I started cooking! I cooked a lot of things but I realised I hadn't finished the pasta sauce I made few days ago.
So after all the cooking, my dinner became bolognese spaghetti .

Bolognese sauce recipe serves 2

Ingredients:
Pork mince 100g
Canned Tomato 1
Onion 1/2
Garlic some
Cheese some
Dried herbs 1 tea spoon

Instructions:
1. Mince the onion&garlic. Heat up a pan with some olive oil, cook the onion &garlic.

2. Add the pork mince. Once the pork is cooked, add the canned tomato and herbs. If too thick, add some water.

3. serve on spaghetti, add some cheese on top while it's still hot!

If you make extra, you can use it to make lasagna on the next day!

Hatched

Mr. Vincent? ( I forgot the name of the dish!)

Breakfast at hatched!

Might be better than wild honey!
The owner of hatched was soooo kind and thoughtful! :)
I'll definitely go back!

Valentine's day

Angel and mortal (reversed version) at work!
I got a gift back from my mortal :)
The heart shaped strawberry cakes were sooooooo ultra yummy!!!!

Valentine's dinner

My favourite unagi (eel) dinner ser at my favourite Japanese restaurant !!!!

Long time no cooking.....again!!!!

•sweet&spicy pork
•sweet&sour carrots
•cucumber in special sesame oil sauce!
•sunny side egg
•rice
•miso soup

Cucumber dish is very special because my dear taiwanese friend (& ex-housemate) taught me how to make it!

Sunny side egg was very successful in terms of its shape!! I love it!

Miso soup was very tasty because I put a lot of ingredients---
fried bean curd, carrots, radish and onions!

Different flavours blend in well and make good soup!!

I was so happy to come home early today cos i can finally cook!!!

I've been working till late these days so I hadn't been able to cook at home :(

But finally!!!

I also cooked for tomorrow's lunch :)

I love cooking!

Today's dinner: Japanese curry & corn soup

Today's menu:
Japanese curry rice
Cheesy egg
Salad
Singaporean pickles
Corn soup

I came home around 7:30 and was starving! There was little bit of curry left from yesterday, so I decided to cook egg and soup! Yum!

I love soup!!
Even though I'm in this tropical country, Singapore, I was craving for hot soup!
It's similar to the feeling when you suddenly feel like eating ice cream in winter....
